I am early in my career. Can I still apply?

This program is designed for mid-career and executive-level individuals, but we also welcome exceptional, highly motivated early-career job seekers.

What is the cohort selection process for the programme?

The programme selects driven, entrepreneurial-minded professionals who are intentional and committed to shaping their future and value the power of a peer community to accelerate their careers.

How big is the programme cohort?

The programme will include a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 24.

Are there any plans for future cohorts?

Yes, two cohort programmes are scheduled: one in the spring and another in the autumn.

Is this programme online or in person?

This programme is fully remote/online. We are exploring other ways to meet in person in the future.

What if I work full-time? Will my manager find out?

We take collaboration ethics very seriously.

All sessions, content, and interactions are entirely off the record.

By joining the programme, you agree to respect your fellow participants and maintain the confidentiality of the topics discussed in the community.

Participants can choose to share their involvement or keep it private—the decision is yours, and the community will respect it.

Will there be replays in case I miss one of the Live Zoom Huddles?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded (except for the breakout rooms). However, I strongly recommend attending these live Zoom huddles to get the most value out of the program.

What will the format of the Live Zoom Huddle be like?
  • Expect a mix of teaching and guidance from me, experienced professionals, and guest speakers.
  • Time for questions and discussion
  • Breakout rooms for a focused experience.
What is the time commitment?

The power of this programme lies in its community; as with any community, you get back what you put in.

It is designed for individuals who commit to dedicating several hours each week to their job search.

There is no “right” number of hours—only the amount that helps you achieve your goals most efficiently. I recommend a minimum commitment of 4–6 hours per week. Our team will help you navigate all the resources available during the process.

What is the investment for the programme?

The programme investment is €1,200. Please review the discount options available for early bird or late bird registration.

How does the payment process look like?

You can choose to pay either in several instalments or in full. I will send you the invoices via email, and payments can be made via direct bank transfer.

How is this programme different or better than getting support from a job recruiter?

High-quality recruiters can be invaluable in your job search by opening doors and securing interviews for you. However, keep in mind that they work for companies and serve their employers’ best interests.

In contrast, we stand on your side throughout the entire process—from identifying your career goals and sourcing opportunities to crafting your narrative and preparing you for interviews. Our focus is solely on what benefits you the most.
